If there is something wrong with your item(s) such as it has been damaged in transit or hasn't survived the journey, just contact us as soon as possible describing the problem and we will happily arrange a refund or replacement under your guarantee. Some items are perishable and there will be no need to return; however we may ask for photos for quality control purposes.

For articles that can be returned, Gardens4you must be notified in writing or by email of the return. You have 14 working days to change your mind. Please note that you are responsible for returning the goods in their original condition and for the costs of returning the items, unless we have delivered the item to you by mistake or if the item has been damaged.


You will receive your money as soon as possible once the delivered goods have been returned.
